How We Make It
≥99.8% Purity Isn't Marketing. It's a Release Specification.
Synthesis BPC-157 is produced via solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) using Fmoc chemistry — the same methodology used in pharmaceutical peptide production. Synthesis occurs in ISO 9001-certified facilities under controlled clean-room conditions.
HPLC Analysis Every production batch undergoes HPLC-UV analysis (220nm) against a certified reference standard before release. Our minimum release specification is ≥99.8% purity. Batches that don't meet spec are rejected — not regraded or discounted.
Lyophilization After synthesis and purification, the peptide solution is lyophilized (freeze-dried) under controlled vacuum conditions. This removes all water content and produces the stable white powder you receive, extending shelf life and eliminating the need for preservatives.
Filling & Sealing Vials are filled, stoppered, and crimp-sealed in a cleanroom environment. Each vial is inspected for particulate matter, fill volume accuracy, and seal integrity before packaging.
Cold-Chain Dispatch Finished product is stored in our temperature-controlled warehouse at 2–8°C until dispatch. Orders are packed with pre-conditioned gel packs and insulated liners immediately before shipping.
Certificate of Analysis A full CoA — including HPLC chromatogram, purity result, lot number, and expiry — ships with every order and is available for download on our Lab Report page.
