How to claim: Contact us at [email] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will process a replacement shipment within 1 business day.

What we cannot accept: Due to the nature of regulated research compounds and cold-chain shipping requirements, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened, used, or correctly fulfilled orders. All sales are final once the cold-chain seal is broken.

Unopened orders: If you need to cancel an unopened order before it ships, contact us immediately. Once dispatched, orders cannot be recalled.
