Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing from or using the Yougevity Peptides website. By placing an order or accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Yougevity Research are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, or any other form of administration to humans or animals. Our products are not drugs, supplements, or medical devices, and have not been evaluated or approved by any regulatory authority including the FDA.
By purchasing from Yougevity Research, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed professional purchasing for legitimate research purposes, and that you understand and accept this research-use-only restriction.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in GBP and all payments must be made in GBP. We currently accept payments via bank transfer only, processed securely through our payment partner Fena. As a result, transactions in other currencies are not supported at this time. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within permitted jurisdictions. Yougevity Research is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. In the event a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, or has been held at customs for a period exceeding 14 days without resolution, Yougevity Research will, as a one-time goodwill gesture, dispatch a complimentary replacement order. This applies solely to confirmed lost shipments as verified by the courier, or shipments confirmed as pending customs clearance for longer than 14 days. It does not extend to general delays or orders marked as delivered by the carrier. This complimentary replacement is offered once per customer and is not redeemable for a refund or store credit. It is your responsibility to ensure that importing and possessing these research compounds complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and the importance of maintaining cold chain integrity and research-grade standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will work to resolve the issue.
6. Product Quality & Testing
Yougevity Research conducts independent third-party testing on all products across four parameters: Purity, Identity, Sterility, and Endotoxin levels. Certificate of Analysis documents are made available on product pages. These certificates reflect the results of the specific batch tested and are provided for informational purposes in a research context.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yougevity Peptides and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. You assume all risk associated with the use of any product purchased from this site.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Yougevity Research and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
