Shipping policy

Last updated: August 2026

At Yougevity Research, every order is carefully prepared, securely packaged and dispatched through a tracked delivery service.

This Shipping Policy explains our dispatch times, estimated delivery timeframes, tracking process and the steps to follow if there is a problem with your shipment.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom and selected European destinations.

Available destinations and delivery services are displayed at checkout. We may be unable to ship certain products to particular countries or regions because of carrier restrictions, customs requirements or applicable laws.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00pm UK time on a working day are normally dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, at weekends or on UK bank holidays will normally be dispatched on the next available working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Same-day dispatch is a service target rather than a guarantee. Dispatch may occasionally take longer during periods of unusually high demand, payment verification, stock checks, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeframes begin when an order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.

  • United Kingdom: normally 1–2 working days after dispatch using a tracked delivery service.
  • Europe: normally 3–5 working days after dispatch using a tracked international service.

The delivery estimate shown at checkout will apply to your particular destination and selected service.

Delivery timeframes are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date. International orders may take longer because of customs processing, local delivery conditions, public holidays or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination, parcel details and available delivery service.

The complete delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you submit payment. Any free-delivery promotion will be subject to the conditions shown on the website or at checkout.

5. Packaging and Product Protection

Orders are securely packaged to protect the products and minimise exposure to unsuitable conditions during normal transit.

Where appropriate, products may be placed in protective or insulated packaging. This packaging is intended to provide additional protection during delivery but does not constitute a guarantee that a fixed temperature will be maintained throughout the entire journey.

Once your order arrives, promptly inspect the parcel and transfer the products to the storage conditions stated on the product label or relevant product page.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will normally send a confirmation email containing your tracking number or a link to the carrier’s tracking service.

Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier and may not appear immediately after the shipping label is created.

If you have not received a dispatch email after the expected processing period, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us at support@yougevityresearch.com .

7. International Orders and Customs

International shipments may be inspected or delayed by customs authorities in the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout:

  • The recipient is responsible for applicable import duties, local taxes, customs charges and carrier handling fees.
  • These charges are imposed by local authorities or carriers and are not included in the product or shipping price.
  • We cannot guarantee the amount of any charge or the time required for customs clearance.
  • Customers are responsible for checking whether the products may lawfully be imported, possessed and used for their stated purpose in the destination country.

We may request additional information where it is reasonably required for customs clearance or delivery.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please review your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. This includes the recipient’s name, building or house number, street, postcode, country and any required apartment or unit number.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to amend the address, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.

Where a delivery fails or a parcel is returned because incorrect or incomplete information was supplied, we may require payment of reasonable additional delivery charges before resending it. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be limited.

9. Missed and Failed Deliveries

If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may leave it in an authorised safe place, deliver it to a nominated neighbour or collection point, or attempt delivery again, depending on the service and instructions provided.

Please follow the carrier’s instructions within the stated collection or redelivery period. Parcels that are not collected may be returned to us.

If a parcel is returned, contact us to discuss redelivery. Reasonable additional shipping charges may apply where the failed delivery was caused by circumstances for which the customer was responsible.

10. Delayed Shipments

If tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us so that we can review the tracking information and, where appropriate, open an investigation with the carrier.

International shipments may not be treated as lost while they remain within the carrier’s investigation or customs-clearance period.

Any delivery remedies will be provided in accordance with our obligations under applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment. This may include continued investigation, redelivery, replacement or refund where appropriate.

11. Lost Shipments

A parcel will generally be treated as lost only after the delivery provider has completed its investigation or confirmed the loss.

Where a shipment is confirmed as lost, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Orders Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

  • Check any designated safe place.
  • Check with other members of your household.
  • Check with neighbours or building reception.
  • Review any delivery photograph or carrier notification.

If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us promptly so that we can investigate with the carrier. A carrier’s delivered scan will be considered as part of the investigation but does not automatically determine the final outcome.

13. Damaged Parcels or Missing Items

Inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If the parcel or its contents appear damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 72 hours of delivery so that we can investigate promptly.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the products received.
  • Photographs of the outer and internal packaging.
  • A photograph of the shipping label.

The 72-hour reporting request helps us investigate with our fulfilment and delivery partners. It does not limit any statutory rights that cannot legally be restricted.

14. Responsibility for the Shipment

Where applicable consumer law requires it, responsibility for the goods remains with Yougevity Research until they are delivered into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them.

Different rules may apply where a customer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered or arranged by us.
