How does Pay by Bank with Fena work?
We use Fena, a secure Pay by Bank provider, to process payments directly from your bank account. During checkout, simply select your bank, securely authorise the payment through your banking app or online banking, and you'll be returned to our website once the payment is complete.
Your banking credentials are never shared with Yougevity Research, and we do not store your bank account or payment details. Pay by Bank provides a fast, secure and encrypted way to complete your purchase without using a debit or credit card.
What if there's an issue with my order?
Due to the nature of our research products and the importance of maintaining controlled storage and handling conditions, we cannot normally accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, or if you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact our customer support team at support@yougevityresearch.com within 72 hours of delivery. We'll review your claim promptly and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2:00pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, or on weekends and UK bank holidays, will normally be dispatched on the next available working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
